Responsibilities

Collaborate across business units on multi-platform strategies, tactics, and outcomes.
Work closely with internal Sales and Marketing leads to develop and implement social strategies and campaigns.
Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with external vendors, agencies, and consultants.
Optimize existing social media management resources for publishing, reporting, advertising, listening, and day-to-day upkeep and maintenance.
Map customer journeys across full funnel digital activations (website, media, social, e-commerce, etc.).
Achieve social media marketing KPIs and develop timely reports to identify key takeaways, actionable opportunities, and other insights.
Champion all social media efforts to develop compelling content for daily posting schedules.
Monitor, respond, and/or funnel in-bound inquiries to the sales regions and other departments.
Copy write and edit for all channels and assets using a clear and consistent voice that accurately represents our brands and builds trust within each community.
Curate sales spotlights and customer success stories for social media accounts and brand websites.
Cultivate customer-generated content pipelines, image and video libraries, and content releases.
Coordinate video and photo production, editing, and setup with internal stakeholders and vendors.
Facilitate KOL and influencer marketing opportunities to increase our brand presence in each industry.
Craft messaging, artwork outlines, and creative briefs for print and digital advertising campaigns.
Promote and maintain appropriate, positive public relations for our brands.
Draft product profiles, press releases, announcements, trade articles, blog posts, and other materials.
Coordinate and support the development of trade show marketing materials, including product literature, promotional flyers, price lists, banners, and other sales and marketing peripherals.
Maintain our print literature libraries, including the creation, production, and fulfillment processes.
Manage our digital asset libraries to support requests from internal team, strategic partners, and customers.
Launch and establish new social media programming to reach and engage a segment of our target audience.
Conduct keyword research and optimize all written content for social media, e-commerce, and websites.
Drive social media lead generation to e-commerce, direct sales, and dealer channels.
Track, measure, and report on social and web traffic results and performance.
Coordinate e-commerce sales, referral, and promotional programs.
Support ongoing development and improvements to the e-commerce and brand websites.
Research, plan, and present recommendations for trade shows, events, and advertising opportunities.
Implement approved trade show, event, and advertising plans and projects.
Manage, track, and report on approved project budget, invoices, and expenses.
