Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, resolve, and communicate networking issues to other employees and management

Act as a liaison between TE management and vendors/suppliers

Escalate and prevent critical machine downtime

Help set guidelines and uniformity across all the facilities

Build, create, and provide documentation/guides for TE’s that maintain the equipment

Document changes to the equipment following department change control policies

Review and analyze cost-effective strategies for the company's equipment downtime including critical parts management
