Responsibilities
Coordinate and speak with clients on a daily basis
Utilize planning tools and capabilities to uncover opportunities and assist advisors in creating comprehensive financial plans and portfolios
Oversee the proposal desk workflow
Perform administrative duties such as handling money movements and paperwork
Help execute trade requests
Assist in compliance requirements and reporting
Work with spreadsheets, databases, and word processing software to support advisors and clients by crafting quality reports, data, and information

Required
1-3+ years of financial operations in a professional financial services or wealth management environment
Strong software skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, Fidelity system, eMoney, Morningstar
Organization skills to handle multiple tasks concurrently
Must be enthusiastic and positive team player who is willing to help out and works well with colleagues
Excellent communication, writing, judgement and problem solving skills
Strong attention to detail as well as solid organization/time management skills
Knowledge of wealth management
Interpersonal skills and passion to engage with clients
An aptitude to assess client needs and identify opportunities
Being coachable and collaborative
