Responsibilities
Serve as the initial point of contact for internal and external communication.
Oversee and handle all office-related functions and may lead other administrative staff.
Complete a variety of EA tasks to support the executive team's ability to lead effectively.
Coordinate agendas, schedule meetings, attend meetings, and prepare meeting accounts.
Communicate directly with stakeholders, clients, and others on behalf of the leadership team.
Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues, requests, and concerns.
Build relationships crucial to the organization's success and manage special projects for the leadership team.
Handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and with appropriate follow-through.
Maintain discretion and confidentiality in relationships with the team.
Perform business growth activities such as research, prospect communication, and client agreement maintenance.
Assist with client prospecting activities and attend business growth meetings.
Organize and update the Client Relation Management (CRM) system.
Complete client-facing tasks, projects, and assignments as needed.

Required
A minimum of five (5) years of experience supporting C-Level Executives, preferably in a small, agile entrepreneurial environment.
A minimum of five (5) years of experience independently managing initiatives in support of an organization’s management team.
Experience with working and collaborating in a virtual, remote work environment is a must.
Advanced MS Office proficiency (Teams, Email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint).
Grasp of project management and time tracking platforms such as MS Teams and project management applications.
Strong proficiency working with virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom and similar software tools.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail are required, along with the ability to manage confidential information.
Extensive experience in meeting planning and calendar management.
Team player with the ability to form relationships across all levels of the organization.
Strong interpersonal skills, optimism, and high energy.
Self-starter with excellent time management skills and the ability to take initiative.
Make independent decisions regarding planning, organizing, and scheduling of work.
Ability to work in a high-stress, rapidly changing environment.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Excellent written communication skills, including word usage, spelling, punctuation, and grammar.
Excellent proofreading and editing skills.
Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
