Responsibilities

Adheres to Foundever policies on ethics and integrity.

Works directly with project and business leaders to identify and select analytical requirements.

Interprets modeling results using a variety of techniques, ranging from data aggregation via statistical analysis to complex data mining, modeling, machine learning, and predictive analytics.

Designs, develops, implements, and maintains machine learning solutions such as Senior Agent/Team Lead metrics, Call Length Prediction model, Service Level Prediction model, Derive customer satisfaction (CSAT)/Net Promoter Score (NPS) drivers, Derive call drivers by agents, product category, etc., Agent Retention model, Chat-Bot models, and 'Invested Time' models.

Performs quality assurance testing of Machine Learning predictions, Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), code, and processes.

Analyzes, troubleshoots, and solves development and production predictions model issues as required.

May perform other additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
