Responsibilities

Own strategy of marketing engagement and retention campaigns across various channels

Manage day-to-day execution of campaigns to meet goals

Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to deliver effective assets

Drive product roadmap prioritization in partnership with product teams

Execute communication strategies for new product launches

Lead the member NPS program and manage data analysis and reporting

Facilitate member feedback collection and translate data into actionable insights

Work cross-functionally to produce analysis for NPS and revenue growth

Manage online reputation and third-party agency relationships for community management

Nimble, agile, rolled up sleeves self-starter

Strong performance marketer with a history of consistently strong results

Experience leading in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment

Critical thinker with strong analytical skills and experience synthesizing data to inform business decisions

Well organized, detail oriented, efficient with time management; ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines simultaneously

Operational savvy to identify and champion ways to drive scale and efficiency

Decision-making skills and ability to drive progress and produce results with little oversight

Bachelor’s degree

7+ years of marketing experience

3+ years of people leadership experience

Performance marketer

Preferred

Experience with NPS survey programs and platforms a plus
