Responsibilities

Meeting production standards daily and monthly by determining recovery potential on claims.

Initiating contact with insurance claims adjusters, attorneys, and other parties involved in the claim.

Examining accident details and policy language to establish recovery potential.

Utilizing the Internet and other resources for investigating potential recovery cases.

Engaging in outbound calls and providing exceptional customer service.

Maintaining detailed and clear case notes.

Required

High School Diploma or an equivalent level of education

18+ years of age

Steady work history

Experience with claims and making professional outbound calls is a must

Have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship

Be able to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test

Have prior clerical / customer service work experience

Great Typing Skills: 40+ adjusted wpm
