Responsibilities

Design and develop solutions using BMC Helix Digital Workplace (DWP) service development including Asset management and Dashboards.

Design, develop, and maintain BMC Remedy workflows and forms.

Develop and maintain BMC Helix/Remedy reports and dashboards.

Develop and maintain BMC Business Workflow.

Provide technical support for BMC Remedy ITSM applications.

Perform evaluation of alternatives for BMC Helix out-of-the-box vs. custom solutions with an assessment of risks and costs.

Design and support Helix ITSM integrations, using Helix APIs or Jitterbit, with other applications.

Support the Helix Discovery to Helix CMDB integration.

Analyze customer’s requirements and develop and design solutions using BMC Helix to satisfy those requirements.

Responsible for developing ITIL and ITSM process flows within Helix.

Collaborate and work with the team and customers from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern time Monday through Friday.

Required

Minimum of 3+ years of BMC Remedy/Helix development experience, specifically with BMC Helix Digital Workplace (DWP)/Business Workflows service development experience

Required Technical Skills: Grafana, Developer Studio, SQL, BPMN, RegEx, XML, HTML

Strong experience of BMC Remedy ITSM architecture and data model including CMDB

Strong experience of BMC Remedy ITSM workflows and forms

Solid grasp of ITIL processes and procedures

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions
