Responsibilities
Installation and configuration of new software and hardware, including the server network, devices, and firewalls.
Monitoring system performance, IT system operations, and storage utilization.
Manage user accounts and assets and assign and update security permissions.
Provide support with escalated help desk requests.
Have experience with RHEL, Windows & other open-source technologies.
Perform typical system administrative activities.
Review systems performance logs to identify anomalies and troubleshoot issues.
Support active directory/LDAP, certificate services, network communications, and group policy and security compliance.
Provide Tier III support (problem/incident management).

Required
US Citizenship required, Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DHS Public Trust clearance.
Bachelor’s degree and 5 years’ experience or Master’s degree and 3 years’ experience or HS diploma/equivalent and 9 years experience.
Experience with OpenShift 4 required.
Expert knowledge of RHEL, Windows, & other open-source technologies.
Cloud Systems Administration experience required.
Preferred
AWS certifications a PLUS.
Splunk.
Ansible Automation Platform.
Jenkins, JFrog, and similar toolsets
AWS or AWS GovCloud & native AWS administrative tools and dashboards.
JIRA Ticketing systems preferred.
DevOps and Agile methodologies.
