Responsibilities

Implement new systems, enhance and/or upgrade existing systems, system optimization, new feature/function implementation
Analyze, diagnose, and implement system and process changes.
Act as the application subject matter expert (SME) when assigned to project teams.
Ensure system changes follow change management procedures and protocols.
Work with cross-functional teams and Cooper clients by providing education on system functionality, and configuration of new tools to increase end user productivity within the application.
Consistently meet project deadlines and go the extra mile to ensure dates are met.
Serve as a liaison between end users, subject matter experts, and technical support.
Provide on-call support 24/7.
Monitor queues, event logs, and brokers and perform maintenance as required.
Monitor interfaces with external systems.
Create ad hoc reports per user specifications.
QA/triage tickets.
Develop, plan, and execute testing for supported applications.
Create and maintain test scripts in support of new installations, projects, and/or system updates.
Maintain support documentation, service desk routing, and knowledge base entries. Communicate all necessary application changes, enhancements, and procedures to all necessary internal department teams.
Document and revise system design procedures, test procedures, and quality standards.

Required

3-5 years relevant clinical, certification, and/or technical experience
HS diploma required
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to effectively translate IT terminology and processes with key stakeholders
Strong customer service skills
Ability to multitask in high pace work environment
Application specific certification/proficiency within 90 days of hire

Preferred

RN, PT, OT, MA, LPN
Healthcare experience in hospital, medical practice, or health system
Bachelors degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Technology/Systems, Healthcare
