Responsibilities
Lead and manage financial planning processes including the annual operating plan
Develop and maintain financial models for accurate forecasting and budgeting
Analyze and report on monthly expenses, identifying variances and trends
Prepare presentations for business reviews
Conduct material and gross margin analysis to optimize profitability
Design and develop financial dashboards for enhanced data visualization
Conduct ad-hoc analysis and reporting as required by business needs, providing timely insights and recommendations
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by completing continuous education requirements, attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and participating in professional societies
Utilize skills in CapEx, CRM, Data Mining Techniques, ERP, and Accounting Functions, among others, to effectively perform duties.

Required
Applicant must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst.
Proficiency in CapEx, CRM, and Data Mining Techniques is essential.
Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions is required.
Applicant should be adept at performing Accounting Functions.
Experience with Budget Processes and Expense Reporting is necessary.
A strong understanding of finance is crucial for this role.
The applicant should have experience in the Wholesale Distribution industry.
The candidate should have excellent communication and analytical skills.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is required.
The candidate should have the ability to work independently and in a team.
A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required.
The candidate should have the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Ethical behavior and confidentiality is crucial for this role.
Preferred
Knowledge of 'About Time' software is a plus.
A master’s degree or relevant certifications would be an added advantage.
Knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis is desirable.
The candidate should be proficient in financial software applications.
