Lead integration projects and provide leadership and direction to staff.

Develop integration strategies aligned with Sutter Health's standards and business plans.

Identify integration risks and opportunities, including mergers and acquisitions.

Coordinate cross-functional teams and negotiate with senior leaders inside and outside the organization.

Required

Bachelor’s in Finance, Business or Healthcare Administration or a related field, or a related field or equivalent education/experience

Strong organizational, written, verbal and presentation skills

Possess a deep understanding of Sutter priorities across various functional areas (both inside and outside integration efforts)

Demonstrate success and leadership skills and provide success leading a team and working closely with all levels across the organization

Strong strategic thinking, organizational and problem-solving skills and demonstrated experience working with executive and leadership across functional teams
