Responsibilities

Creates, implements, and maintains master data management solutions.

Maintains data ETL processes to ingest, transform, and prepare data for analysis.

Conducts data analysis in support of a variety of analytic solutions.

Collaborates cross functionally to define analytics use cases and translate business needs into actionable solutions.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field

Expertise in data engineering concepts and tools, including data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex datasets, identify patterns and trends, and extract actionable insights

Cross-functional collaboration skills. Ability to work with people at various levels of the organization, including but not limited to, Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, Managed Markets, and other functions within and outside of Commercial

Working knowledge of pharmaceutical industry data sources (e.g., IQVIA/Claims Data)

Ability to communicate complex concepts to business stakeholders

Strong SQL and Excel skills

Proficiency in data visualization using Power BI

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
