Responsibilities
Act as the single point of accountability for all project-related activities and deliverables.
Lead and facilitate both internal Rexus and joint Rexus/Customer meetings to ensure cohesive progress and collaboration.
Develop a detailed project plan encompassing activities, milestones, roles, and responsibilities.
Align project goals with business and technology objectives, ensuring a unified approach to project delivery.
Efficiently schedule and manage Rexus resources and external partners to meet project timelines and deliverables.
Provide comprehensive agendas and meeting notes to keep all stakeholders informed.
Foster prompt and transparent communication to address any issues or concerns promptly.
Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues proactively to mitigate potential impacts.
Track and ensure the timely delivery of project components from both Rexus and the Customer.
Oversee the change order process, ensuring all changes are documented, assessed for impact, and approved by relevant stakeholders.
Direct the project close-out process, ensuring all punch list items are completed and obtaining final Customer acceptance.
Facilitate the initiation, documentation, and approval of change orders.
Ensure that all change requests are reviewed, priced, and assessed for impact before implementation.
Obtain written approval from an authorized Customer representative for all changes.

Required
Proven track record in project management within the technology or IT sector.
In-depth knowledge of PMBOK principles and their practical application.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
Preferred
PMP certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
