Responsibilities
Managing correspondence, files, and calendars
Coordinating work tasks; providing customer service; gathering information; and compiling reports
Providing high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing reports, and handling information requests
Drafting correspondence, welcoming visitors, scheduling meetings, and organizing conference calls
Supervising and training junior administrative staff as needed
Performing additional duties as assigned, such as conducting studies and managing administrative tasks under direct supervision
