Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic plans to meet sales targets and expand the customer base within cardiology and pulmonary
Lead the development and opening of new territories, identifying potential market segments and geographies for expansion
Customize, build, and deploy go-to-market strategies across multiple segments of the cardiopulmonary space
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing prospects and clients, focusing on physician enterprises
Collaborate with other senior leaders to align sales strategies with overall business objectives
Manage a diverse pipeline and multiple complex contract negotiations at the same time while closing agreements with large practices and individual physicians alike
Analyze market trends and competitors’ strategies to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Represent the company at industry conferences, workshops, and networking events to enhance business development opportunities
Manage a pipeline, and support marketing initiatives by leveraging the Hubspot platform

Required

Proven track record of successful sales leadership in the healthcare sector, particularly with clinical practices and MSO operations
Extensive experience in practice management, including supporting practice startups and practice-to-practice enterprise sales
Strong understanding of the healthcare industry dynamics and a proven ability to develop sales territories
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for persuasive communication and complex problem-solving
Experience in negotiating and closing deals with decision-makers within clinical practices and healthcare enterprises
Ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
Results-oriented individual who thrives off of solving problems
Excellent interpersonal skills in order to manage and fully integrate with Clinical Operations, Product, Finance, and Marketing, as well as follow-up to expand relationships and business opportunities
Ability to thrive/drive growth in a start-up environment
8+ years of relevant experience
