Responsibilities

Roadmap Development: Proven experience creating and managing product roadmaps, balancing company OKRs and customer priorities with technical execution bandwidth

PRD Writing: Strong skills in writing comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) that clearly define the product specifications and requirements

Requirement Gathering: Expertise in gathering and prioritizing product requirements from various stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives

Strategic Vision: Ability to develop a clear product vision and strategy aligned with Nova Credit’s mission of financial inclusion

Stakeholder Communication: Excellent communication skills to articulate product goals, progress, and challenges to internal teams and external stakeholders

Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards

Driving Adoption: Experience developing strategies to drive product adoption and usage, working closely with our sales and marketing teams

Comfort with Technical Concepts: comprehensive understanding of technical concepts, including experience integrating third-party APIs and services, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality across systems

Technical Documentation: Ability to create and maintain detailed API documentation for internal and external use, ensuring clarity and ease of implementation

Technical Problem-solving: Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot integration issues and provide technical solutions that align with product goals

Performance Monitoring: Strong analytical skills to monitor product performance, interpret data, and make informed decisions to drive product improvements

Internal Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver high-quality products

Customer Engagement: Experience engaging with customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and build strong relationships

Required

3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the Enterprise SaaS space

Proven experience creating and managing product roadmaps, balancing company OKRs and customer priorities with technical execution bandwidth

Strong skills in writing comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) that clearly define the product specifications and requirements
