Responsibilities
Assist with deliverables to help the firm win new business and retain clients.
Create visual messaging that tells the Aon story.
Develop flexible processes and tools to support different levels of creative needs.
Lead discussion of project details with the client to determine agreed-upon design and time frame.
Quickly and efficiently pull various file formats and combine content into a consistent, cohesive appearance.
Work within an established corporate brand identity.
Communicate clearly with colleagues across all job levels.
Improve knowledge of department operating processes methodologies and skill sets.
Identify, research, and recommend improvements to successfully produce quality results.
Take ownership and responsibility for work produced and provide support to others.

Required
Associate degree in graphics design
1-2 years of graphic design experience (digital portfolio required)
Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to create a variety of documents such as proposals and presentations
Ability to work with client-facing professionals to create documents that consistently meet client and deadline expectations
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
