Responsibilities
Define and own product vision, strategy and roadmap for Salesforce Platform, focused on Sales and Servicing and Telephony integration and feedback loop to drive optimization/tuning of operational workflows.
Drive end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to adoption, including requirements with prioritized features, corresponding justification, and success metrics.
Collaborate with internal Salesforce engineering teams to scope, prioritize and drive feature specifications.
Engage with merchants, partners, and business stakeholders to deliver roadmap updates, get solution feedback, and identify additional challenges and opportunities.
Research and understand industry trends and offerings in the Salesforce ecosystem including Generative AI.
Deeply collaborate with architecture, data team and various internal applications teams within the organization to ensure a holistic approach for deploying Salesforce cloud solutions in compliance with data privacy and information security company standards.
Represent the Business Technology team as the domain and product expert for all Salesforce Cloud solutions at merchant and partner, business development, sales, revenue operations, marketing and operations interactions.

Required
8+ years of Product Management or similar experience with highly technical products/platforms
Extensive experience working in Salesforce Marketing, Sales and Service clouds platform space including strong technical background and ability to interface with engineers and architecture in the space
Outstanding written and oral communication skills, including experience presenting to executive leadership, participating in the quarterly program increment planning cycle, and handling sensitive, critical issues
Experience working in and delivering products or services in an agile/lean environment including backlog management (user stories, epics and bugs)
Deep experience in gathering and transforming product requirements into a practical product roadmap
Experience driving deep collaborations and alignment within the company and with external partners
Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc)
Preferred
Experience defining & building business solutions with Salesforce cloud platform, other CRM platforms and capabilities, focused on enabling different personas to get their jobs done as part of end-to-end merchant lifecycle
Good understanding of Generative AI and LLM landscape
Experience working with Data Science and ML Engineering teams
Experience working in the Financial Services industry is a plus
