Responsibilities

Conduct routine predictive data analysis to support underwriting optimization, and ongoing audit/management of existing underwriting strategies

Conduct research and leverage mathematical and statistical techniques to develop credit models to analyze and forecast consumer behavior.

Operate within database management systems to analyze data and perform data mining analysis.

Collaborate with internal and external business partners to address emerging business needs or problems and support enterprise initiatives

Support with data vendor evaluation, onboarding and delivery

Serve as an internal point of contact for risk/underwriting-related issues

Identify process improvement opportunities and involve in developing/executing projects

ETL ProcessesSQLSAS

Required

Bachelor’s Degree Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business, Business Analytics, MIS, or other quantitative field

1-3 years experience preferred or relevant internship or course experience in the analytical or financial services field (both are highly preferred)

Strong technical aptitude. Familiarity with ETL processes, SQL & SAS highly preferred
