Responsibilities
Develop and execute robust integrated marketing programs to drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and brand awareness across multiple locations simultaneously.
Implement a multi-channel approach, emphasizing TV, OOH, SEO, direct mail, SEM, social media, affiliate marketing, and more.
Define and refine the marketing playbook and growth engine to scale all future business acquisitions.
Collaborate with Operations, including local General Managers, to deploy marketing playbooks locally and support strategic initiatives.
Build and manage a world-class marketing team to drive [Company Name]'s growth trajectory.
Develop growth forecasting models, manage marketing budgets, and maintain comprehensive dashboards to report performance to key stakeholders.
Oversee agencies, freelancers, and partners involved in campaign creation and execution.
Foster a culture of continuous experimentation and testing to optimize marketing strategies.

Required
8+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, preferably in multi-site home services or related industries, with a track record of building high-performing teams.
Expertise in marketing for need-based services, with a focus on understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Proven success in multi-location marketing strategies and managing efforts for multiple brands.
Strong grasp of direct marketing metrics, segmentation, data analysis, and response measurement.
Ability to balance high-level strategy with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for building cross-organizational relationships.
Innovative and entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
