Responsibilities
Continuously engage with customers and collaborate with the sales team to analyze market trends and preferences.

Lead the creation and deployment of compelling marketing content.
Provide guidance to the marketing communications team to drive brand awareness and differentiation.
Collaborate closely with the global marketing team to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans and product launches.
Offer valuable insights to the marketing portfolio team to support customer journey maps and value propositions.
Manage marketing budgets and assess cost-effectiveness of strategies.
Assist in developing and executing sales team training programs.
Track campaign budgets and ROI, setting and meeting KPIs.
Communicate product marketing launch calendar to relevant teams, ensuring alignment and investment levels.

Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or communications required.
8 - 10 years of marketing experience, including 5+ years in MedTech/Pharmaceutical marketing.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
Preferred
Advanced degree (MS/MBA/MA) preferred.
Supervisory Experience Preferred.
