Responsibilities
Develop, periodically review, and refresh the E&C strategy and strategic roadmaps.
Lead the GEC business planning process and oversee budget planning.
Track and report on strategy implementation and performance metrics.
Oversee the GEC project portfolio alignment with strategic goals.
Provide leadership in the design and implementation of operational solutions.
Manage the full cycle of Agile Portfolio management and project tracking.
Plan and organize Global Ethics and Compliance Leadership Team meetings.
Oversee audit processes and change management initiatives.
Lead agile capability building within the E&C team.

Required
Bachelor’s degree required; Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in portfolio management, finance, management consulting, or a related field, with significant leadership experience.
Demonstrated strong project and program management skills and experience in managing large, complex projects leveraging agile methodology. Experience related to Ethics & Compliance projects preferred.
Proven track record of driving change.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, adept at managing multiple tasks and navigating complex situations.
Preferred knowledge of global compliance laws, regulations, and best practices.
Leader who develops teams and talents to reach their potential while supporting and driving high performance.
High ethical standards, consistently exercising good judgment.
Learning Agility, curiosity mindset, proactive, and self-motivated & effective in a matrixed organization & stakeholder engagement.
A driver able to animate, facilitate and lead senior team working sessions, discussions and decision making.
