Responsibilities

Partner across Information Org leaders (Data Science, Growth, ML Infrastructure, and Applied AI/ML) on critical, cross-cutting projects

Drive analysis and research that will help inform Stripe’s overall strategy and help make the right long-term decisions

Work directly with senior leaders across the company and with cross-functional partners to accelerate progress, solve hard scaling initiatives, and incubate new programs

Design and implement complex business and operational systems and processes

Required

4+ years of experience in consulting, strategy & operations, product strategy, product management, or similar roles with exposure to both business and technical skills

Experience working in highly cross-functional settings, and in a role that spans strategy, analysis, and operations in a fast-paced environment

Critical and first-principles thinking, with the ability to zoom out to the most important questions

Passion for digging deep into data to diagnose business issues and solve problems

Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to speak to leaders across very different teams such as product, engineering, analytics, sales, and partnerships

An ability to execute with minimal guidance, and in contexts with a high degree of ambiguity

Preferred

Prior experience in payments, finance, fintech, or high-growth technology companies

Experience navigating large data sets and/or SQL
