Responsibilities
Co-lead the execution of the web strategy aligning with business goals and market trends.
Prioritize initiatives and define the roadmap for web development and optimization.
Establish and maintain efficient workflows and processes for web development, deployment, and maintenance.
Clearly communicate web strategy, initiatives, and progress to stakeholders.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

Required
Doctorate degree and 2 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
Master’s degree and 4 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
Associate’s Degree and 10 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
Preferred
5+ years of experience in web development, content management systems, and/or web operations
Proven track record of success in leading and managing teams of technologists
Strong understanding of SEO best practices and web analytics
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to think strategically, translate business goals into actionable plans, and drive results
Experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Passion for learning new technologies and staying ahead of the curve
Experience managing between onshore/offshore development teams
Familiarity with technical specifications and best practices for Web Accessibility, file sizes/types, image & video resolution
Experience operating in a regulated business environment and adhering to mandatory compliance requirements
Pharmaceutical experience preferred
Skilled in translating web requests and projects into timelines, tasks, and final deliverables
Strong project-management and communication skills
Proactive and positive attitude with strong collaboration skills and team-focused mindset; prioritizing work and understand project requirements based on business impact/needs
Ability to understand technically complex concepts and articulate to clients clearly
Knowledge of internal organizational process and procedures
Excellent written, verbal and communication and presentation skills
Impeccable ethics and integrity and comfort operating in a highly regulated environment
