Responsibilities
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for new products and features, effectively translating complex ideas.
Engage in high-level ideation exploration across unique experience paradigms.
Understand user and business needs while maintaining excellent user experience principles.
Establish and adapt the design system across the ecosystem.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ideate and iterate on design solutions.
Rapidly prototype and validate design concepts to meet deadlines without compromising on quality.
Stay updated on the latest design trends and technologies to ensure cutting-edge and user-friendly products.

Required
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in designing rich, interactive web and native applications
Proficiency in design and prototyping in Figma
Strong UI, UX, and visual design skills
Experience working closely with product management and engineering teams
Ability to provide design variations and rationale for design choices
Understanding of user research and usability testing methodologies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
