Responsibilities
Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialized utility programs.
Represent the customer’s business requirements by methodically testing enhancements and defect resolutions to ensure they match the documented requirements for such enhancements as documented in the Acceptance Criteria (AC).
Manage manual system test scripts.
Advocate for the overall quality of the application by being a champion of the end-user and seeking to improve development and testing processes to deliver a higher-quality product to the customer.
Partner with Product Owner and at times with Capability Managers.
Attend daily scrum calls.
Participate in scrum refinement calls.
Check if acceptance criteria is testable.
Design, develop, and modify highly specialized computer applications to drive user efficiency and overall business success.
Ensure applications meet demanding standards for privacy and security as required by strict internal policies and industry-specific regulations.
Create efficient, high performance enhancements to these applications, enhancements that address and achieve specific customer goals.
Design, develop, and implement new technology features that build on existing functionality, including but not limited to integrating with new technology.
Ensure compliance with software development life cycle protocols and ensure project priorities are recorded and satisfied according to those protocols, raising any risk factors to the appropriate project management team.
Constantly improve functionality, reliability, testability, availability, latency, scalability, and efficiency of applications.

Required
Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or a related field
Two (2) years of experience in Quality Assurance
Two (2) years of experience in Performing requirement evaluation
Two (2) years of experience in Test case/script creation and Test case execution
Two (2) years of experience in Scrum Team process
Two (2) years of experience in Release night validation
Two (2) years of experience in Agile software development process
Two (2) years of experience in RALLY
Two (2) years of experience in Manager User Acceptance Testing, Execute Functional and Regression Testing in multiple environments, and Execute Regression Testing in multiple environments
Two (2) years of experience in Create and communicate Testing plans
Two (2) years of experience in Coordinate ACCEL-Q automation testing
