Responsibilities
Partner with the group responsible for the architecture, engineering, and operation of AT&T's wireless and fiber-based networks.
Create, communicate, and implement plans for voice, video, and data technologies to advance AT&T's networks.
Analyze data, work with vendors, and transform information into actionable plans and status updates for cross-functional teams and leaders.
Plan future cell locations for the Wireless 5G network, manage router network growth, and create optical fiber build plans for broadband expansion.

Required
Bachelor’s degree or higher in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math). Inclusive of degrees meeting federal STEM classification codes.
Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
Ability to interface with all levels of internal and external leadership
Results-driven self-starter
Ability to work effectively in multi-disciplinary environments throughout cross-functional teams
Naturally curious and a lifelong learner
Preferred
Comfortable with at least one programming language
Data analysis techniques for data retrieval, manipulation, and visualization
Understanding of automation fundamentals
Knowledge and understanding of financials
Ability to translate technical details into common terms
