Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective/strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes

Support short- and long-term operational/strategic business activities through analysis

Develop the prioritization and refinement of product requirements and translation of specifications from the clinical and operations team in partnership with all vendors

Provide expertise, and/or assistance to internal and/or external partners to ensure programs and strategies are implemented and maintained effectively through technology

Guide product design and requirements gathering sessions in coordination with business and care delivery organization partners

Develop UAT test plans, as well as document release notes and communicate product updates to all stakeholders

Required

3+ years of consulting level technology product development and portfolio management experience

3+ years or more Heath Care industry experience

3+ years of Utilization Management experience

Travel required less than 10%

Experience working with EMRs (electronic medical records), Utilization Management and Case Management solutions
