Responsibilities
Provides administrative support for all departments such as printing, filing, data entry, scheduling meetings, and coordinating events.
Greets clients, routes incoming calls, and manages office supplies.
Sends letters to clients, processes payments, and assists with administrative tasks and projects.

Required
High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor's degree preferred but not needed)
1-2 years of related administrative experience, or an equivalent of education and experience
Demonstrated computer proficiency - Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Proven oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels within the organization
