Responsibilities
Manages all aspects of daily operations.
Performs mid-level strategic sourcing responsibilities for inner-office purchases.
Assists with surplus disposal of university property.
Coordinates department trainings and off-site meetings including selection of venue and catering options.
Assists Executive Services and the travel department with overflow travel needs.
Contributes to the department leadership council and the vision and direction team.

Required
A firm commitment to the mission of BYU.
Bachelor's degree in a related field of study, or the equivalent combination of experience and training.
Willing to learn travel GDS technology.
Preferred
3 years of experience supporting at the executive level.
Travel GDS experience preferred.
