Responsibilities
Manage email marketing programs including segmentation, testing, deployment, and reporting.
Maintain Marketing Automation integration with CRM and troubleshoot integration errors.
Understand and evaluate campaign metrics, distributing insights to leadership.
Research and implement best practices, strategies, and industry standards for marketing automation.
Plan and conduct A/B testing to enhance productivity, conversion rates, and ROI.
Assist in building the SMS program and provide ongoing reporting.
Support marketing operations initiatives like lead lifecycle management, lead scoring, and data cleansing.

Required
1-3 years of email marketing or marketing automation experience.
Experience with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (previously Pardot) highly recommend.
Familiarity with other CRM and MAPs such as Aline, Hubspot and WelcomeHome recommended.
Must have superior analytical skills.
Must be detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
