Responsibilities
Lead high-speed serial data communication product projects.
Perform high-speed digital circuit design, integration, and evaluation.
Participate in system design and functionality assessments.
Lead PCB layout and simulation, preferring >20Gbps layout expertise.
Manage hardware development schedules and tests.
Oversee component selection, EMC, and CE certification processes.
Interface with software, operations, manufacturing, procurement, and customer support.
Assist in EMC certification.
Qualification

Required
BS/MS in Electrical Engineering (EE) or Computer Engineering (CE), with a preference for MS.
10+ years in high-speed circuit design and system/board-level design.
5+ years leading development projects/teams.
Experience with network product companies and high-speed serial interfaces.
High-speed (20Gbps or higher) design methodologies and simulation.
Proficient in PCIe, USB, Ethernet, SAS/SATA.
Expertise in high-speed circuit design and measurements.
Proficiency with Hspice, Hyperlinx, or similar tools.
Good understanding of manufacturing processes, EMC/EMI control, schematic entry tools, and test/measurement equipment.
