Responsibilities

Leading all aspects of staff with the scope of: Completing performance reviews, Interviewing, Hiring, Leading all meaningful employee relations activities

Coaching and developing employees/direct reports

Identifying skill(s) gaps, knowledge gaps and providing vital training resources for employees

Liaising with all key partners in support of company and department objectives

Working collaboratively with management to meet business and capacity needs

Possessing full authority for establishing and maintaining data integrity

Communicating and implementing corporate rules and guidelines related to business and transactional processes

Connecting with operations and corporate personnel to implement business changes and procedures

Traveling for this role is 15-20%

Required

4-year college degree is highly preferred

7+ years’ experience in management is highly preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered

Knowledge of corporate rules and guidelines, regulatory standards, and proprietary systems

Ability to lead, manage, and empower teams with multifaceted strengths across multiple locations

Ability to lead and run remote teams

Ability to work under pressure and lead multiple tasks and priorities

Strong analytical ability

Excellent planning and organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Ability to research issues, identify problems, maintain effective working relationships, and identify the internal and external dynamics that impact the organization's work

Ability to implement evaluation tools to ensure progress and supervise accountability

Ability to deliver training using proprietary systems, maintain and improve technical skills and knowledge, and be flexible and receptive to change

Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
