Responsibilities
Assist in preparing reports and providing financial management and analysis.
Support Major Range Test Facility Base (MRTFB) Investment Manager and project managers in the development of budgets and execution strategies.
Develop obligation and expenditure spend plans and provide monthly charts measuring progress against benchmarks and plan.
Provide financial reports and participate in execution reviews with funding sponsor.
Assist in performing analysis by interpreting findings, developing constructive conclusions, providing recommendations, and resolving issues.
Analyze and monitor the financial performance.
Prepare reports and provide financial management and analysis, evaluating progress, and results, and formulating major objectives and long-range goals.
Propose solutions to execution year funding issues, including unplanned cost increases in development efforts, unforeseen bills, and budget cuts.
