Provide high-level administrative support to the Sr. Director.
Organize travel reservations and appointment schedules.
Take minutes during meetings and manage incoming Director communications.
Handle international visas and in-office tours.
Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.

Required
6+ years as an extremely well organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated personal assistant
Extensive MS Office experience
Proficient and energetic with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Prior experience handling travel reservations, appointment schedules, international visas, minute-taking during meetings, in-office tours, and incoming Director communications
