Responsibilities
Manage administrative details and career development for group members
Maintain cognizance of group member activity and address issues
Convey relevant information from management to group members
Conduct performance evaluations of group members
Maintain awareness of staffing requirements, write job requisitions for hiring, review resumes, and conduct interviews
Serve as Lead Subject Matter Expert for Area of specialty
Manage updates to system or equipment documentation, procedures, and training materials
Conduct familiarization and training sessions regarding Configuration/Change Management
Manage execution of the Program Deliverables process
Monitor processing of data delivery acceptances by group members in deployed systems, software, or hardware
Perform other duties as assigned

Required
Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or related field
5-7 years in engineering or related to area of assignment
Preferred
Masters degree or PhD
1-3 years of supervisory experience
Current active government security clearance
