Responsibilities

Identify internal opportunities to help develop new communications programs supporting PSRA and Regulatory Governance objectives.

Define project-based program communications strategy, gather program requirements, identify resource needs, and manage workback systems.

Collaborate to define and execute PSRA and Regulatory Governance communications plans and content.

Create compelling content and communications for the Regulatory Governance function and PSRA organization.

Evangelize PSRA domain priorities and programs to stakeholders, partners, and customers.

Support content and communications needs including management of Sharepoint sites and external transparency reporting.

Define success metrics, demonstrate program value, and show business impact.

Adapt content, communications, and storytelling strategy according to audience and business needs.

Manage Rhythm of Business (ROB) program milestones with operational excellence.

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 6+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement and in internal and external communications programs

Proficiency in M365 - ability to create compelling visual presentations for large audiences and cross channel experience – SharePoint, Video, Social, Viva Engage

Preferred

Knowledge of tech regulation, governance structures or experience in compliance functions
