Responsibilities

Must have at least 15 years of experience.

Manage complex projects requiring coordination across multiple business lines/organizations.

Utilize advanced knowledge in SDLC methodologies, especially Agile and SCRUM.

Develop project resource management strategies.

Implement project and program management processes with institutional planning and project performance measurement options.

Make quick decisions on alternate solutions to keep projects on time and budget.

Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Must have at least 15 years of experience

At least 10+ years' experience managing complex projects requiring coordination across multiple business lines/organizations

PMP Certified

Experience with IT projects in the Financial Industry

Experience with IT projects utilizing multiple technologies and frameworks, particularly agile/hybrid agile

PM Specific Advanced knowledge and experience in the SDLC methodologies especially Agile, and SCRUM

Advanced knowledge and experience in the development of project resource management

Advanced knowledge and experience in the project and program management processes with institutional planning, investment, and project performance measurement options

Ability to quickly decide on alternate solutions to keep the project on time and budget

Ability to foresee risks affecting the project and put in place mitigation strategies
