Responsibilities
Responsible for contributing to the development of and executing local planning for the assigned business
Evaluates capabilities and composition of a wide range of media vehicles to determine which most effectively reaches the target audience
Evaluates and assesses media performance to determine the extent to which the original media objectives and strategies were accomplished
Research, interpret and evaluate available marketing and research data to develop media objectives and local plans
Effectively communicate and present to top management and clients
Maintain accurate budget control and flow of media activity and update client on a timely/consistent basis
Approve media authorizations prepared by the team per approved plans/project requests
Accountable for accuracy and media intelligence
Supervise and motivate direct reports
May perform other duties and responsibilities that management may deem necessary from time to time
Advocate for multicultural & diversity inclusion throughout plans

Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
2-4 years of experience in media planning
Strong understanding of media planning principles and concepts
Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience in managing budgets and controlling media activities
Ability to supervise and motivate junior staff
Knowledge of multicultural and diversity inclusion in media planning
