Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced machine learning models, particularly in Generative AI and NLP.
Develop and optimize large language models to enhance the capabilities of our AI solutions.
Apply geometric deep learning techniques to solve complex problems in various domains.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into production systems and ensure their scalability and efficiency.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI research and apply cutting-edge techniques to our projects.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members.
Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and translate them into AI solutions.

Required
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. A PhD is a plus.
8+ years of experience in machine learning, with a focus on Generative AI, NLP, and geometric deep learning.
Extensive experience with large language models and their deployment in production environments.
Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch.
Proven track record of developing and deploying machine learning models at scale.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS.
Experience in leading AI projects from conception to deployment.
