Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to scale up pipeline contribution, providing the team with actionable insights to enhance processes, programs, and investments.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to establish and refine processes, workflows, and handoffs between departments.
Build comprehensive reports to analyze BDR performance and provide actionable insights to leadership, commissions, and finance teams.
Own relationships with key stakeholders and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Evaluate and optimize sales technology tools and systems to streamline BDR operations and enhance productivity.
Lead cross-functional coordination with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Enablement, and BDR teams to plan and execute outbound campaigns.
Analyze data to identify opportunities for outbound sales plays and continuously improve lead generation processes.
Prioritize tasks, manage competing demands, and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments.

Required
Experience managing BDR operations and driving results.
