Responsibilities
Lead event registration and attendance promotional campaigns for the Coalesce user conference.
Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve shared goals of building pipeline and expanding the customer base.
Manage ancillary programs at Coalesce, including Executive Summit and Partner Summit.
Own marquee third-party trade show event sponsorships for dbt Labs.

Required
8-10 years experience in event management, primarily with large user conferences and premium, large property sponsorships
Experience working at a tech, B2B SaaS technology company
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong project management skills. Proven ability to prioritize effectively while managing multiple competing priorities
A data-driven mindset
Experience with tools such as HubSpot and project management tools like Asana
Ability to work and communicate effectively in an international, diverse and remote environment
Preferred
Experience in the data or analytics space
