Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams, particularly in Channel, ISV, and coselling business domains.
Drive engineering teams to execute projects aligned with business requirements.
Capture and document requirements from sales and marketing stakeholders.
Lead executive presentations, utilizing data analytics tools like SQL, PowerBI, and Excel.
Develop and implement GTM (Go-To-Market) strategies backed by data insights.
Manage planning and portfolio across large matrixed organizations.
Write business requirement documents and ensure stakeholder alignment.
Partner with business teams to develop OKRs that enhance digital partner experiences.
Facilitate workshops to define future state scenarios for AI and Copilot initiatives.
Analyze partner pain points and integrate feedback to prioritize AI scenarios.
Design partner workflows based on priority scenarios and partner journeys.
Integrate partner scenarios into planning workstreams.
Review technical architecture and systems design with technical leadership.
Demonstrate technical depth in AI concepts and design scalable systems.
Develop proof of concepts for scenario validation (non-production deployments).

Required
5-7 years in program management or related fields
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Finance, or related fields preferred, with 3+ years of relevant work experience
Minimum 5+ years of Portfolio management experience
Minimum 5+ years of Data analysis experience
Minimum 5+ years of Exec presentation preparation experience
