Responsibilities

Works with Reverse Distributors to reduce controllable unsaleable returns expenses and creates monthly scorecards.

Serves as the primary contact for Inmar/PharmaLink questions and processes.

Conducts unsaleable returns analysis, identifies root causes, and provides data guidance to other analysts.

Communicates high-level updates to stakeholders and leadership teams.

Maintains SOPs and consistent processes with various teams.

Required

4-year degree in related field or equivalent experience

5+ years of business or accounting experience in Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Account/Client Management, Finance, Distribution

Healthy skepticism/intellectually curious - asks the why / hard questions

Ability to manage competing priorities effectively

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong attention to detail, customer service and problem-solving skills

Intermediate to advanced in both Excel and SQL
