Responsibilities

Partner with the CFO and Associate VP of Finance to analyze and report financial performance, develop variance reporting, and prepare senior management discussions.

Support the completion of the annual budget and revenue model development using Workday Adaptive Planning EPM.

Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of performance and profitability reporting, drive visibility into financial performance, and standardize key operating processes.

Launch KPIs dashboards, support management reports, and ensure accurate and timely data availability for insightful data analytics.

Provide financial analysis and insight for special projects and support the business forecasting cycle.

Input to decisions within own discipline, provide financial analysis and insight, and perform other related tasks as required.

Required

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent

Minimum two (2) years prior finance experience, preferably in a university setting

Demonstrated competence of financial modeling, cost analysis, budgeting and general accounting principles with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Demonstrated understanding of consolidation and financial reporting principles

Experience with developing complex financial models

Ability to influence and build strong business partnerships

Strong interpersonal, written and presentation skills

Self-starter and ability to multi-task

Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite applications (especially highly proficient in Excel)

Experience with complex, integrated business software systems, Intacct, Workday experience preferred
