Responsibilities
Works on an Enterprise team as an individual contributor responsible for providing IT control compliance
Establish, mandate, and implement standard procedures and best practices across the company to promote compliance with applicable laws and contractual obligations
Conduct regulatory and contractual research and monitor changes in requirements to mitigate risks and achieve compliance
Support the collection of data supporting regulatory and contractual obligations, coordinate and develop reports, projects and use assessment tools to verify compliance
Conduct Quality Assurance of data and evidence submitted
Predict emerging customer needs and develops innovative solutions to meet them
Develop compliance communications and drive problem resolution for a business segment across UnitedHealth Group

Required
Bachelor's Degree (or higher) OR 3+ years of experience in Security Risk Management
3+ years of experience interacting & collaborating with a variety of stakeholders (other team members, internal customers, and executives) and be able to provide measurable results without authority
3+ years of experience implementing, monitoring and/or auditing IT general controls for application or platform environments
Intermediate level of proficiency in Agile software development, IT operations and logical security risks
Ability to navigate and manage ambiguity
Preferred
2+ years of experience working in an IT Compliance, Risk Management and/ or IT Audit role
2+ years of experience working in or auditing health related business operations
2+ years of experience with issuing Service Organization Controls (SOC) reports or is a certified CISA, CISM, CISSP or HITRUST assessor
Experience working with Mergers and Acquisitions or Non-Integrated Business Partners
Proven desire to make a positive impact with the ability to manage multiple tasks and shift priorities
