Responsibilities
Respond to inquiries and take appropriate actions as required.
Organize and operate conferences, seminars, and events.
Draft and generate routine communications and documents.
Plan and schedule calendars and resolve conflicts.
Process and monitor routine financial transactions.
Maintain office supplies and equipment.
Coordinate office moves and maintain approved website content.
Perform human resources transactional support when needed.

Required
High school diploma and three years of administrative experience, or combination of education and relevant experience.
Proficient computer skills and demonstrated experience with office software and email applications.
Demonstrated success in following through and completing routine tasks.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
Preferred
Experience with editing NIH Biosketches.
Experience scheduling for a Faculty Physician.
