Responsibilities

Serves as a resource for internal and external constituents, enforces department policies, and resolves escalated problems.

Produces and edits documents, prepares meeting agendas, and coordinates calendars and meetings.

Oversees daily operations, evaluates workflow and customer service, and ensures technology and procurement needs are met.

Manages databases, audits data, and tracks project timelines and deliverables.

Coordinates plans and logistics for projects and events, handles marketing and communication tasks, and monitors expenditures.

Trains new support staff, students, and temporary help, prepares human resources and payroll transactions, and provides feedback on work performance.
