Responsibilities
Lead the Tooling Engineering Department and ensure the performance of all tooling activities in the NA region.
Support the definition of Regional Strategy and adjust the Tooling Engineering organization accordingly.
Facilitate the professional growth of Tooling Engineers by providing support, training, and necessary tools.
Evaluate tooling feasibility in product development and propose solutions to maintain simple and robust tools.
Manage regional requests for tooling quotes and ensure compliance with project management phases.
Monitor the progress of regional tool builds, conduct construction reviews, and supervise try-outs.

Required
Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience
Experience in tool-management and supervision of tooling
Knowledge and experience in mold flow simulation software
SAP experience
Knowledge of injection molding and/or compression molding tools
Experience working with multiple functions/departments
